Thomas Claire Debuts New Line of Personalized Pottery

A full line of hand-painted, hand-made, one of a kind pottery items make their debut this week.

Ceramic pieces such as jewelry trays, baby tiles and bow holders, make their way into the product line, and all have the option of being personalized, such as adding monograms or initials. All pieces are one of a kind, hand-painted, hand-made pieces sold only through Thomas Claire.

Thomas Claire teamed up with Cincinnati artist, Anne Gerhardt, to create the signature line. "This is something so new to me, but working with Kristin on her vision and style was so fun and different from my designs. I love the challenge and am so proud of the products we've created," said Anne.

"We've been getting requests for sometime and didn't have the resources to get it done. Our partnership with Anne allows us to serve many more consumers," said Kristin Marshall, founder.

About the Artist

Anne Gerhardt began painting furniture since 1992 as a hobby and moved into ceramics in 1998 after vacationing in Northern Michigan. As many artists, she had several friends and family that asked her to paint custom pieces for them--and since then, her passion continues. She is known for her whimsical and fun designs and was selected as one of 300 artists who painted a pig for Cincinnati's 'Big Pig Gig' in 2000. She resides at home with her family in Cincinnati.
