Returns

If you receive a Thomas Claire kit and aren’t happy, we’d be happy to issue you a credit as long as your kit has not been used in any way. Your paints must be sealed, brushes unused and pottery unpainted. We do not issue returns for pottery that has already been glazed and fired in our kiln.

Here's how it works.

  1. Be sure the contents are wrapped up tightly and securely in the package it was shipped to you in. You may use the pre-paid shipping label, and return the kit back to Thomas Claire. Or, you may use your shipping method and return the kit. YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS are not returned.
  2. Upon receipt and inspection of the kit, your credit will be issued minus shipping costs if you used our pre-paid label. If you used expedited shipping when you ordered, those additional fees will not be refunded either. Depending on where you live, this can take up to two weeks for the kit to get to us and the funds credited to you.

Kit Exchanges

It's easy. Fill out the return label in your package. If you are exchanging your merchandise, shipping is on us. Once the entire kit is received, your account will be credited.

Breakage.

Yes, accidents happen. Should it happen to you, we’ll replace it. Should it be the ‘one of a kind’ hand-painted coffee mug that your son painted for his father for his first Father’s Day, well, we’ll start-over and send you a new kit. And, send a note to dad.
